- After you look around, join!
- Make sure you have met your closet minimum.
- We will ship your first box within 2–3 days, filled with items that you’ve selected and put into your Closet.
- Keep or send back all garments once you are ready for something new, using the pre-paid bags provided.
- As soon as you let us know through the Return Notify feature that you’re dropping all items in the mail, we’ll start preparing your next box.
Please note, if you want to keep one of your items forever, you can purchase it directly from your Closet at a discount off the retail price.
